all need a little help sometimes, but where can you turn? Due to
demand, 3D Fluff has started offering support contracts which promise
to help you with virtually every area of Maxon's product range.
Cinema 4D versions 6 to 8.5 are supported, including all official
modules.
Support
is offered via phone, email, ftp and all popular instant messaging
systems. Typical requests you could make include:
"What
is the best way to model and texture item X"
"Can you research and recommend a suitable computer according
to a specified budget"
"If I send you a project, can you optimize it to render faster
and with less RAM"
"Every time I do a certain action, something strange happens,
why?"
"How do I set up the network rendering system"
Imagine
you had your best friend next to you all day, and he knows virtually
everything about the software you use and knows how to do almost
anything with it. Essentially, this is the service we offer. A helping
hand whenever you might need it, whenever you might be stuck. If
you have ever found yourself coming up against a wall for a few
hours then our services will prove beneficial to you; not only in
the short term, but also in the long run, helping you to learn and
improve.
Each
month you are entitled to 5 hours of help, although more will be
offered if possible. Official support hours are from 9am - 6pm GMT,
however, if you do make a request after closing time you may still
receive a solution to your problem later in the evening. We aim
to respond and answer your queries within the hour, but please bear
in mind that others may be ahead of you in the queue, or your particular
problem may take some time to solve. The number of support slots
available is strictly limited, so delays should be a rare occurrence.
